Once you place an order I will contact you to confirm the details of your order and discuss design ideas. After this I will send you an invoice for the total price including shipping and handling. After payment has been received you will need to mail me the item to be framed. The address will be provided with the invoice. Please make sure to package your item securely so it is not damaged in the mail.
For payment I accept cash, check, money order or Paypal. After receiving your order and discussing the details I will calculate the final cost and send it back to you for approval before payment is required. Work will not begin until payment has been made.

Shipping Information
When I ship your gift out I will package it securely, including wrapping the frame in tissue paper and bubble wrap and mailing it in a sturdy postal service mailbox. I will ship USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Delivery with insurance.
There are two ways to place on order for stained glass framing. You can click here to be sent to our order form or send an email to orders@stainedglassframing.com. For orders by email I will need to know what package and options you would like to order and the address the item will be shipped to.
For in-stock glass, turnaround time will be two weeks. For specialty glass that I have to order turnaround time may be up to 3-4 weeks. I will do my best to get your gift back to you as quickly as possible. If you need faster turnaround please let me know and I will see if I can rush your order, there will be an extra charge for rush orders.
